Peer en Kersen

Nederland speelt op dit moment in de verlenging van de WK finale. En ik kan het niet aanzien!! Het is gewoon te spannend. Dus ben ik maar even productief geweest. Van de Hero Arts Engraved Fruits waren er nog twee die niet aan bod zijn gekomen. De peer en de kersen.

Holland is playing in the WK finale at this moment and I can't watch!! So I tried to be creative and made two cards. There were two of the Engraved Fruits stamps from Hero Arts that I hadn't used until now. The pear and the cherries.

De peer heb ik maar gecombineerd met de puzzel stempel. Een peertje is prima om weer beter te worden toch? Bovendien kon ik niks anders bedenken! Natuurlijk luister ik met een half oor naar het commentaar bij de voetbal wedstrijd! Dus erg creatief ben ik niet helemaal! De peren afgedrukt met distress inkt Forest Moss en met het waterpenseel en Crushed Olive ingekleurd.

I combined the pear with the puzzle stamp. A pear is a great cure when you're sick, right? Besides, I couldn't think of something else. Off course my thoughts are with the comments I hear from the television. So I'm not very creative! The pears were first stamped with distress ink Forest Moss and then colored with Crushed Olive and a water pencil.
Hebben jullie ook de kersen op je oren gehangen als kind? En dan doen alsof je prachtige oorbellen hebt! Deftige dame spelen. Daar moest ik aan denken toen ik de kersen met Forest Moss en Barndoor Red afdrukte. Ik heb ze niet op mijn oren gehangen deze keer maar op een rood-wit draadje. Achtergrond gecombineerd stripes en dots.

Did you hang the cherries from your ears when you were a child? And then pretend that you have beautiful earrings. Pretending you're a highborn lady. Thats what I was thinking of when I stamped the cherries with Forest Moss and Barndoor Red. I didn't put them on my ears this time but on a red-white string. Background combined stripes and dots.

even the littlest comment is greatly appreciated!
